Boe Rambaldini is a proud Bundjalung Elder from the North Coast of New South Wales and a nationally respected leader in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and education. With a distinguished career spanning government, academia, and community sectors, Boe brings decades of experience advocating for culturally safe, community-led approaches to health equity.

He currently serves as Director of the Djurali Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Research and Education Centre at the Heart Research Institute, where he leads innovative, Indigenous-led research focused on improving cardiovascular and broader health outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Boe is also an Honorary Associate Professor at Macquarie University and holds leadership roles on several health-related research grants as Chief Investigator.

From 2017 to 2022, Boe was Director of the Poche Centre for Indigenous Health at the University of Sydney, where he championed the integration of Indigenous knowledge systems into health education and service delivery. In recognition of his lifelong commitment to community wellbeing, the University awarded Boe the title of Honorary Fellow in 2022 for his "tireless work to support the improved health outcomes of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people."

A sought-after keynote speaker and advisor, Boe continues to mentor the next generation of Indigenous researchers and health leaders while advocating for structural change and self-determination in health systems across Australia.
