Lead Manager of Lived Experience Peer Cadet Program, Eating Disorders Victoria (EDV)

Ruth has enjoyed working within the eating disorder sector for the last seven years. Eating Disorders Victoria (EDV) has nurtured her passion for workforce development through the supporting, supervising and training of lived experience staff within the EDV Hub and Ambassador Programs. Ruth is now Lead Manager within their new Lived Experience Peer Cadet Program. This is a Mental Health Victoria initiative which was created in response to the Royal Commission’s recommendation to increase the number of entry points into the lived/living experience to enter paid employment.
